Obituary of Edna Wise

WISE, Edna Hendry, 96, of Lake Placid, Fla., passed away August 22, 2005, in Lake Placid. She was born March 23, 1909, to Jack and Kate (Williams) Hendry in Arcadia, Fla. Edna was preceded in death by her husband F.J. "Sarge" Wise and is survived by her daughter Clarice Carter. She was a Catholic by faith. There will be no funeral or memorial services locally. In the near future her ashes will be scattered with those of "Sarge" over the Great Smokey Mountains in North Carolina.
