Obituary of Elizabeth-Louise Miller

Elizabeth Louise Miller "Betty", 83, died June 29, 2012.The Celebration of Betty's life will be held at Traders Cove Club House in DeBary at noon on July 14, 2012. Betty was a retired seamstress. She grew up in Lebanon, Pennsylvania as an only child. As a teenager she loved to roller skate and in fact bragged to her children how she could jitterbug on roller skates. At the age of 60 she went back to school and got her GED. Betty was an avid Bingo player and would play Bingo whenever she could. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband Owen Miller, Sr. She is survived by her three daughters: Donna McAdam, Betty Jo Smiley, and Melody Mannuzza; and her son, Owen Miller, Jr. She has five grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. She was a member of the Four Townes Moose Auxiliary, DeBary. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking to please send donations to Halifax Health Hospice Volusia /Flagler.
