Obituary of Dorothy-M. Jordan

<!-- DisplayFullObituaryText -->Feb. 2, 1933 - Jan. 18, 2015 Minister Dr. Dorothy M. Jordan, 81, of Birmingham, entered eternal life on January 18, 2015, with her family and friends by her side. Dr. Jordan was born to parents Estelle Bivins Moore and John L. Moore. She was a God-fearing woman of many titles; she earned a Doctorate degree in Education, was a retired teacher from the Birmingham City School System, opened 3 daycares, owner/director of Fame Ministries Inc., and a devoted member of More Than Conquerors Faith Church. She is survived by her sister Evelyn Glenn, her children Sheryl, Reginald (Shirley), Roderic, Russell (Janice), Tracey (Jackie), Stellicia, and Dianne (Mark), 26 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends. Homegoing services will be held Saturday, January 24 at 10AM at More Than Conquerors Faith Church with burial at Elmwood Cemetery.
