Obituary of Dennis Barker

BARKER, Dennis Sheldon Passed away suddenly, but peacefully with his family at his side on January 2, 2008, in his 79th year. Loving husband of 56 years and best friend to Doreen; devoted father of Chris (Brian), Susan (Paul), Mary (Bill) and Sandy (Scott); cherished grandfather to Catherine, David, Sarah (Adam), Stephen, Danny, Derek, Sheldon, and Hunter; and proud great- grandfather to Hailey. Dennis will be greatly missed by his brothers, Ted and Trevor, family and friends. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home, 28 Old Kingston Road, Pickering Village, Ajax, 905-428-8488, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8th. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Ajax Pickering Hospital. ICU would be appreciated by family.
