Obituary of Charles O-Hare


Charles "Buck" O'Hare, age 65, of Sandy Springs since 1992, passed away at home on Sunday, April 5, 2009. Mr. O'Hare was owner and president of Paulco Machine Inc. in Cumming. He was a graduate of Delaware Academy High School in Delhi, N.Y., and California State University at Long Beach. Mr. O'Hare served in the U.S.A.F. and was a lifetime member of the V.F.W. He loved his family and enjoyed golfing, basketball, history, collecting Case pocketknives, traveling with his wife Janet, and working with his son Paul. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Vivian; his sisters, Barbara Bowker, Alice Rutenber, Margaret Haynes; and his brothers, William O'Hara and James O'Hara. Survivors include his loving wife of 39 years, Janet O'Hare; and devoted son, Paul O'Hare of Sandy Springs. He is also survived by his sisters, Ann Buel of Delhi, N.Y., Iva Heim of Moravia, N.Y., Edith Dickerson of Oklahoma City, Okla.; brother, Richard O'Hara of Otego, N.Y.; brother-in-law, Leslie Frampton and his wife Betty of Cincinnati, Ohio; along with many cousins, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home in Cumming on Friday, April 10, from 6-8 p.m. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, April 11, with the Rev. Howard Caldwell officiating. Information will be available at Ingram Funeral Home at (770)887-2388. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the American Red Cross. Ingram Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
