ALEXANDER, Charles A. "Tony"Age 67 of Gallatin. September 24, 2013. Service Thursday, 11 a.m., from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Dr. Larry Yarborough officiating. Interment will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens, with his children serving as Pallbearers. Visitation Wednesday, 3-8 p.m., at Family Heritage Funeral Home. Tony was born December 22, 1945 in Trousdale County. He is preceded in death by his father, Paul D. Alexander and sister, Paula Ann Alexander Troutt. He is survived by his wife, Sue Newby Alexander; mother, Rubye Anne Russell Alexander; children, Doug Alexander, Travis Alexander, Jennie Alexander, Brandy Shrum (Jon), Bobbie Newby, Kipp Compton (Jocelyn) and Marni Akins; grandchildren, Addison Shrum and Will Osborne; brother-in-law, Bill Troutt.
