Obituary of Brian-Pearson Anderson

->Waterford - Brian Pearson Anderson, given the nicknames "Andy" and "Radar" by some, of Waterford, died June 18, 2010, of sudden death.Brian was born Oct. 1, 1964, in Attleboro, Mass., the son of Carol L. Anderson and late Wendall B. Anderson.Brian served as a volunteer firefighter at the North Cumberland Fire Dept. and later worked full time at the Ashton Fire Dept. Following his graduation from Cumberland High School, Brian enlisted into the U.S. Air Force and served as a firefighter overseas. He was transferred from the Air Force to the U.S. Army, where he then became Fire Chief. He was also a firefighter for the Cohanzie Fire Dept. and Goshen Fire Dept.The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 26, at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons East Lyme Funeral Home, 48 Grand Street, Niantic. Burial will follow in Jordan Cemetery, Boston Post Road, Waterford. Calling hours are from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.A full obituary will appear in Friday's edition.
