Obituary of Blanche Ethier

MALLETTE ETHIER Blanche (Née Ethier) In loving memory of Blanche Mallette (née Ethier), 93 years, who passed away Tuesday morning, November 2nd, 1999 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph Health Center. Dear wife of Arthur Mallette (predeceased Nov. 1980). Daughter of the late Joseph Ethier and Roseanne Laframboise, both predeceased. Loving mother of Liliane (husband Robert Gagné, husband Bob Alexander, both predeceased), Yollande (husband, Hervé Marier, predeceased), Raymond (wife Lorraine), Roger (wife Marguerite), Normand (wife Glorianne), Donald (wife Donna). Dear grandmother of 22 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Dear sister of Annette (husband Johnny Beauchamps), Rita (husband Fern Harvey). Predeceased by three brothers, Donat, Alpha, Armand and four sisters, Sophranie, Irène, Cécile, Léonie. Blanche was born in McFarlane Lake where she spent all her life. “Ma Tante” was known for her kindness and maternal pampering. Her children and grandchildren were most important in her life. Her account of the “good old days” will always stay dear in our hearts. She will indeed be sadly missed. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in St. Mathieu’s Church, 1608 Pioneer Rd., Friday, November 5th, 1999 at 11 a.m. Interment in the McFarlane Lake Cemetery.
