Obituary of Barbara Wheeler

ROCHESTER — Barbara A. Wheeler, 76, passed away Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, from a long term illness.Born June 16, 1934, in Winchester Mass., she was the daughter of George Levasseur and Irene Baker.Barbara enjoyed watching television, especially "Dancing with the Stars," playing on the computer and staying in touch with family and friends.Members of the family include daughter, Cindi, and husband, Jerry Bisson; son, Richard and wife, Anna Wheeler; son, Bradley and wife, Pamela Wheeler; daughter, Paula and husband, Jason Proulx; daughter, Brenda and husband, John Parker, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren that Barbara will remember always.Siblings include brother, Joe and wife, Margie Levasseur; brother, John and wife, Phyllis Levasseur; brother, Bill and wife, Susan Levasseur.Family and friends may join in on the graveside services at the New Town Cemetery in Rollinsford on Saturday, Sept 18, at 2 p.m.Flowers may be sent to the cemetery; however, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cocheco Valley Humane Society, 262 County Farm Road, Dover NH 03820.Visit www.fosters.com/obits for an online guest book.
