Barbara Nash Anderson Barbara Nash Anderson, 44, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2010. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. EDT Friday, March 26, 2010 in Culley's MeadowWood Riggins Road Chapel. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. EDT until the service hour. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Association, 539 Silver Slipper Lane, Tallahassee, FL 32303, in Barbara's memory.Barbara was employed by the State of Florida, Department of Revenue. She was a member of the Women of the Moose Chapter 1103, earned her Academy of Friendship Degree and was a member of the Women of the Moose Ritual Team. Barbara was an avid pool player and competed in the APA. She loved the beach and loved to sing and laugh.Survivors include her husband of 6 years, Richard Thomas Anderson, Jr.; her son, Angus "Argo" Nash of New Orleans; her mother, Patricia "Trish" Colwell of Tallahassee; her father, Sam Colwell of Geneva, Alabama; stepson, Richard Thomas Anderson, III of Kelso, Washington; her mother-in-law, Margaret Louise Slagle of Florence, Oregon; great-aunt, Skeet King of Mobile, Alabama; great-uncle, Dale Jones, Sr. of Tallahassee; uncles, Don Hines and Jim Hines, both of Crawfordville, Richard Colwell of Gulfport, Mississippi; her aunt, Carol Ann Boydston of Tallahassee; and a number of cousins.
