HAMMOND, Anne Augusta (nee Porter) Peacefully, on November 29th, 2005, age 83 years. Anne Porter, born in Yarmouth, NS, beloved wife of Robert Gordon Hammond of Manotick. Loved step-mom of Carol Hall (the late Robert) of Roebuck, Linda Davison (Jack) of Fort Myers, Fla. Grandmother of Ken Hall (Klara) of Prescott, Robert Hall (Karen) of North Augusta, John Davison of Fort Myers, Fla., Shelly Mossey (Luke) of Cape Coral, Fla. and great-grandmother of 12. Sister of Horace Porter (Polly) of Winsor, NS. Godmother of her niece Alison Clift of Boston, Mass. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Israel Lovett Porter and Catherine Gardner Bradford, sisters Barbara Bennett, Margaret Cann and Eleanor Russell.
