Waters will be held Saturday, February 7, 2015 at 3 p.m. at BREWSTER SHEA FUNERAL SERVICE , 34 Park Place, Manchester Center, Vermont. Interment will be held in the family lot in Factory Point Cemetery in Manchester later in the spring.
