Obituary of Amanda Spivey-Henderson

AMANDA SPIVEY-HENDERSON, 25 LAKELAND - Mrs. Amanda Spivey-Hen-derson, 25, passed away on August 1, 2011 due to an embolism. She was born on January 22, 1986 in Lakeland, Florida and was a lifelong resident. Amanda loved the outdoors, fishing, kids, and helping others. She is survived by her loving husband: Keith Henderson of Lakeland, her newborn daughter: Morgan Taylor Jean Henderson, her father: Louis Spivey of Lakeland, her mother & step-father: Marjorie & David Mihm of Lakeland, her sisters: Melissa Jeffries & Jennifer Cyrus both of Lakeland, her brothers: Henry W. Grimes III & Klayton Spivey, both of Lakeland, her nieces: Laina Cyrus, Lydia Cyrus & Pyper Whitney and her nephews: Clayton and Kyle Jeffries. Family will receive friends at Lakeland Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, August 5, 2011 from 6-8 PM. A service will be held in her honor at Lakeland Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 10 AM with interment to follow at Withlacoochee Cemetery in Dade City. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name at any Polk County MidFlorida Credit Union location.
