Obituary of Alma-Herbert Jackson

TUSCALOOSA Alma “Bunty” Herbert Jackson, age 87, died Jan. 27, 2012, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Kilgore officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of West Alabama, 3851 Loop Rd., Tuscaloosa, AL 35405; First United Methodist Church, 800 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401; and Salvation Army, 2902 Greensboro Ave., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401.
