Obituary of Alfred-R. Jackson

ALFRED JACKSON MELBOURNE Alfred R. Jackson passed away Sunday, January 22, 2006. He was born June 9, 1928 in Dorchester, MA and moved to Quincey, MA where he attended elementary school, then high school in W. Newberg, MA. Mr. Jackson was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He attended Tuft College and graduated in 1955 with an engineering degree. Mr. Jackson is survived by his wife of 54 years, Irene; one son, Kimberly Jackson; two grandchildren; two great-grand children; a sister and a brother. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Febru ary 4, 2006, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, on Creel Street in Mel bourne. All are welcome.
