Avis de décès de William-M. Gannon


Retired Dupont AIKEN, S.C.- Mr. William M. Gannon, 77 husband of Nina S. Gannon, died Friday, April 2, 2004 at Mattie C. Hall Nursing Center. Graveside services will be held 2PM, Sunday, April 4, 2004 at Southlawn Cemetery with Mark Hudson officiating. Mr. Gannon was born in Wilson, Co., Tenn. to the late William and Jenny Gannon, Sr. He move to Aiken in 1952 from Madison, Tenn. He retired from E.I. Dupont as a Senior Supervisor after 39 year. He was a member of Aiken Church of Christ and served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. While Mr. Gannon was able he enjoyed fishing, golf and gardening. Survivors include his wife, son, James Mike Gannon, Lexington, S.C., daughter, Judith Ann Boyd, Aiken, grand children, Tommy Hibbitts, Aiken, Steve Hibbitts, Anderson, S.C., Robbie, Jennifer and Brooke Boyd all of Aiken, great grandson, Jacob Ryan Hibbitts, Anderson, two brothers and five sisters.
