He was born on May 15, 1944 in Birmingham, AL to the late Charles and Annie Faye Biggs. He was a dedicated Deacon and Usher at Evangel Presbyterian Church in Alabaster, AL. He was an avid Alabama football fan for many years and loved the "Roll Tide". Bill is survived by his loving wife Marilyn Gagliano Biggs of 45 years. Also surviving are his son Brian Biggs (Angela) and daughter Traci L. Biggs, sister Charsie Hand (Jack), sister Linda Spratt (Steve), sister Barbara Biggs, brother Paul Biggs, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, along with his loyal pets Jack and Jill. Visitation will be held Thursday at 10am with funeral service to follow at 11am at Evangel Presbyterian Church, Alabaster, AL. Graveside services to follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville, AL. Flowers welcomed or donations may be made to the William H. Biggs memorial fund at Regions Bank.
