William E. 'Bill' Kendallformerly of Lowell, Vietnam War vet; 65 CHELMSFORD Mr. William E. "Bill" Kendall, age 65, of Chelmsford, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 8, 2009, at his home in Chelmsford.He was the beloved husband of Camille A. (Lucci) Kendall.He was born in Winchester on May 18, 1944, son of the late Joseph F. Kendall, Sr. and Marjorie (Nary) Kendall. He was raised in Wilmington and graduated from Wilmington High School in 1962.Soon after high school, Bill enlisted in the US Air Force, serving during the Vietnam War. He received his honorable discharge in 1965.Mr. Kendall has been a longtimeresident of Lowell, and North Andover. He also spent several years in St.Augustine, Florida prior to moving to Chelmsford a few years ago.Prior to his retirement, Bill had worked as a property and maintenance manager for over 30 years. He managed several properties in the area including the Royal Crest Condominiums in North Andover, Wood Ridge Homes in North Andover, and most recently,River Place Towers in Lowell.Bill was a member of the V.F.W. Walker Rogers Post #662 on Plain St. in Lowell.He was also an H.O. scale model train enthusiast, and enjoyed annual shows at the Shriner's Auditorium.Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard Kendall of NH, Eric and Deana Kendall of St. Augustine, Florida; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Norine Melander and her companion, Salvatore Constantino of Woburn, Dorothy & Paul O'Donnell of Wilmington, Deborah & Ernest Delledonne of York, Maine; a half-sister, Doris Dunn of Virginia; an aunt, Avis Galka; an uncle, Norman Nary, both of NH; his step-children, Michael and Caroline Nguyen; three grandchildren, Jessica Kendall, Richard Kendall, Jr., and Cody Michael Kendall; also many nieces andnephews and great-nieces & great-nephews.He was also brother of the late Joseph "Buddy" Kendall, Jr., who was Killed In Action in WWII during the "Battle of the Bulge" in 1944.KENDALL William E.
