->Age 78, passed away Monday, November 8, 2010 while visiting family in South Carolina. Bill was born March 24, 1932 in the Town of Penn Yan. Bill was a veteran of the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He retired from A&E Transportation as a dispatcher. He is survived by his 6 children, Nancy (Greg) Nelms of Rock Hill, SC., Terri Tandle of Waterloo, Robert Norman of Lyons, Mary (Jack) Bonnell of Lyons, William (Renee') Norman of San Diego, CA., and James (Christina) Norman of Fort Mill, SC.; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, Doris Norman of Penn Yan and Janet (Warner) Davis of Stanley. Bill was predeceased by his wife Shirley in 2009, parents, William H. and Elsie M. Norman and sister Dorothy DeLooza.Family and friends may call Friday (Nov. 12) from 5 to 8 pm at Weeks-Keysor Funeral Home, 5 Phelps St., Lyons. A funeral service will be held Saturday (Nov. 13) 10 am at Grace Episcopal Church, Phelps St., Lyons, followed by burial in South Lyons Cemetery. For those wishing, memorials may be made to Geneva General Dialysis, 196 North St., Geneva, NY 14456.
