Avis de décès de Wanda-Elizabeth Patterson

HAY, Wanda Elizabeth (nee Patterson) Wanda passed away peacefully on February 17, 2007 at the Hawkesbury General Hospital, surrounded by her family. Born in Montreal on December 9, 1926, to John Hillman Patterson and Marion Patterson (nee Boa). Wanda was the beloved wife of Sydney Hay, of Vankleek Hill, ON. Caring mother of Ian Hay (Kathleen) of Dalkeith, ON and Gordon Hay (Carol) of Bridgetown, NS. She was the proud grandmother of Ryan, Matthew, Lauren, David and John. Fond sister-in-law of Ruby Hay, Carol Scharfe (Ken) and the late Mansel Hay. Wanda graduated as a registered nurse from the Montreal General Hospital in 1948, and continued in employment there until 1951. She accepted a position with the Northern Electric Company in Montreal (1951-1954) and in Belleville (1954-1960). Friends may pay their respects at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 151 Bond Street (corner of Stanley Street) Vankleek Hill, Ontario on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held at Breadalbane Baptist Church, Breadalbane, Ontario on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 2:00 pm. Spring interment Breadalbane Cemetery.
