CHAPMAN, Walter R.J. Following a struggle with Alzheimer's Disease, Walter peacefully passed away at Forest Hill, Kanata on Thursday, October 8, 2009 at the age of 80 years. Husband of Jean. Father of Brenda (Pat Doyle), Patricia Bilodeau, Walter (Wendy) and Frank (Christine). Grandfather of Christopher, Laura, Brian, Kristy, Tonya, Cody, Andrew and Sara. Walter now joins his parents; Thomas and Laura Chapman and his brothers and sisters; Thomas, Norman, Lionel, Theresa, Lita, Aldea and Alice. Family will receive friends on Monday, October 12, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd., Ottawa). Memorial Service will be on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel. A reception will follow the interment in the Pinecrest Reception Centre.
