KELLY, Tim. It with the greatest of sorrow that wife Ethel and son Ian announce the passing of Tim on September 2, 1999 in Burlington, Ontario at the age of forty-four years after an eleventh month battle with cancer. True to his character, he fought his toughest battle with dignity and humour, caring for others before himself. He will be greatly missed by his mother Alma Kelly, his sisters Sharon Edwards, Barbara Crawford, Patricia (Tisa) Groulx and Rosemary Sobol, father-in-law Sam Klein, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and friends in Quebec and Ontario. Many heartfelt thanks to Dr. Susan Knight, Dr. John Bradford, the many nurses (Oncology department/5-South) at the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington, Ontario and the Home Visiting Nurses (V.O.N.) for their support and honesty. Friends may call at the Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home, Burlington Chapel, 2241 New Street (at Drury Lane), Burlington, Ontario Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 a.m. Service in the chapel Sunday at 1 p.m. followed by cremation. In lieu of flowers, an expression of sympathy to the Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Foundation (Oncology Clinic) or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
