August 12, 2007 Theresa Waters, 90, passed away Sunday morning, August 12. She joins her beloved husband, Wilbur Waters who passed on July 18, 2007 in Walkerton, VA. The Waters were longtime residents of Cicero, NY but had moved to Walkerton to live with their son, Ray and his family. Wilbur was an accomplished inventor, piano technician and woodworker. He held three commercial patents and serviced pianos for multiple clients throughout the Syracuse area. Theresa started her career, as a clerk with Aetna then became a full-time homemaker and mother to three children. Their love and devotion to each other and their children was evident in their 56 years of marriage and the lives of their three children, Will Jr., Ray and Marsha. They are also grandparents to Amy, Billy, Adam and Emily. Their friends and family will miss them greatly. A private memorial service will be held in Oneida Shores Park on August 26.
