Shirley B. Dumont 1922 - 2011 ISSAQUAH, WA - Shirley was born in Ware, MA to Aurora LaPalm and Samuel Belanger. A graduate of Cathedral High School in Spring-field, she lived in MA until she retired from her dream job as the secretary to the principal at the Granger School in Feeding Hills. After her retirement, in 1982, she spent many happy years in Sarasota, FL. She was a talented woman who loved the piano, quilting, knitting, crocheting and all things creative. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest M. Dumont, who served as a town Assessor in Agawam in the 1980's. After living some time in Concord, MA, Shirley moved to the Seattle area in 2003. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Tabloski of Concord, MA, and Margaret DeHaven of Redmond, WA; her granddaughter Laura Tabloski, and great grandchildren Sam, Anna & Charlie Shulman of Northampton, NH. She will be greatly missed. She will be buried with her husband at the Sarasota Memorial Park in Florida. Arrangements by Flintofts Funeral Home 425-392-6444
