Sarah F. BanksJanuary 8, 2013Sarah Pearl Ferguson Banks, 86, passed away January 8, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband of 53 years, Paul L. Banks, Jr. in 1998. A native of Arcola, MS, Sarah resided in Watkins Glen, NY and Virginia Beach, VA. Survivors include her children, Paul L. Banks, III and Sarah B. Norman of Virginia Beach, Daniel L. Banks (Kathleen) and Forrest R. Banks of Watkins Glen; 7 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; and her dog Kasey. Sarah was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Children and animals always held a special place in her heart. A Memorial Service will take place in the spring at Pleasant View Cemetery, Reading Center, NY.
