Rose B. Andrews, 60, Monticello, died at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2009, at the Sample family home in Indianapolis.She was born March 21, 1949, to Irene Blackwood Lange of Monticello and the late William Blackwood.Her first marriage was to Neal Dulin; he is deceased. She then married Tom Andrews; he survives.She attended Twin Lakes High School and graduated from Midwest College, Indianapolis with her medical assistant degree. She worked for Dr. Balvich and then at the Monticello Medical Center where she was known as "Andi."Also surviving are twin son and daughter, Michael (fiancée Rachel) Dulin, New Zealand, and Michelle Dulin (Bryan) White, North Carolina; two brothers, Butch and William Blackwood; one granddaughter; and nieces and nephews.She was also preceded in death by her sister, Opal Robinett.A church service will be held Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Grace Community Baptist Church, 301 Beach Dr., Monticello, with food and fellowship immediately following.
