JOHNSON Roland Arthur Johnson, age 82, of Bridgeport, died Wednesday, August 3, 2005, at St. Vincent's Medical Center. Mr. Johnson was born in Bridgeport and was a lifelong resident. He was a retired toolmaker for Addlund Tool and Die of Stratford and was a World War II Army veteran. He was a life member of Fayerweather Yacht Club, Black Rock and a member of the Scandinavian Club, Fairfield. He was the husband of the late Mae Eliason Johnson. He is survived by a son and his wife, Arthur and Barbara Johnson, of Trumbull; a daughter and her husband, Pamela and Douglas Wasco, of Farmington, Maine; five grandchildren, Amy, Matthew and Kimberly Wasco and Jennifer and Carl Johnson. A private graveside service will take place in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield at the convenience of the family. Calling hours have been omitted.
