JAMES, Robert (Bob) Harrison January 16, 1918 - February 19, 2011 Bob, of Calgary, beloved husband of sixty-three years to Laura, passed away at Southwood Hospice at the age of 93 years. He is survived by two sons, Brian (Karen) and Dennis (Sandra); five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, as well as two sisters, Luella and Esther. Bob was predeceased by five brothers and one sister. He was a long-time employee of the Calgary School Board. Bob was proud to be an active member of The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch No. 285. He loved cribbage, dancing and traveling. A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER'S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 - 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen's Park Cemetery) on Friday, February 25, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. For those who wish, donations may be made directly to The Alberta Lung Association, PO Box 4500, Station South, Edmonton, AB T6E 6K2.
