KILLEEN, Robert J In hospital in Kingston, on Friday, June 27th, 2008, following a brave week long fight to recover and return to his 'Girls' Robert Joseph Killeen; passed peacefully to join his parents Ed and Irene Killeen and his father-in-law Charlie Kerr. Rob was a dearly loved and cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Mourning his passing, are his wife Marie and his daughter Stephanie. He was a dear Grandpa to his beloved "Miss Charlotte". Loved brother of Maidi (Wayne) McGarvey, Don, Brian (Alison), Joanne, Jim (Shelley), Lori and Michael; nephew of Gerald and Jean Killeen, and Raymond and Eileen Killeen. Rob was a much loved and respected son-in-law of Carmel Kerr, brother-in-law of Kevin and Vanessa Kerr, Florence and Tom Gorham, Floyd and Susan Kerr, Keith and Margaret Kerr, Paul Kerr and Fernanda, Janet and Leonard Bernicky. Special 'dad' to Vanessa and Braiden and Amanda and Brittany. A kind and loving man whose life embodied generosity. Rob was an organ donor. His last act was to give his eyes so that others might see. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W. Perth on Monday, June 30th, 2008 from 2 to 5 and 6 to 8 P.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Bridget's Church, Stanleyville on Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. The interment will be in St. Bridget's Cemetery followed by a reception in the Perth Civitan Hall.
