CARLSON - Robert J., of Sparta, on Sunday, July 9, 2006. Beloved husband of Rita Carlson of Sparta; loving father of Kathleen Makoujy and her husband Tom of Sparta, Barbara J. Collins and her husband Glenn of Mahwah, and Joanne Stumpe and her husband Kenneth of Shawnee, PA; devoted grandfather of Colleen Abbey, Jeffrey Carlson Mase and his wife Christine, David Mase and his wife Tasha, Jessica Mase, Kellie Ritter and her husband Michael, Kaitlyn Collins, Jake Collins, Matthew Carlson Stumpe, Jenifer Stumpe, and Robert Stumpe. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will celebrate Mr. Carlson's life at 10 AM on Thursday, July 13, 2006 at Our Lady of the Lake Church, Sparta. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main Street, Sparta, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the Carlson family would appreciate Masses said in Robert's name.
