Robert Gary Anna, 71, of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., passed away Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Robert was born in Grand Rapids, Mich., on Jan. 4, 1943. He was the middle child of the late Alfred Leo Anna and Betty Jean Slaughter. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Barbara; and their four daughters and sons-in-law, Carol Leal (Robert), Theresa Gehlken (Jimmie), Wendy Maffei (Robert) and Trish Smith (Sonny). A memorial service will be held at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 113 Racetrack Rd.
