Robert B. Waters January 17, 2011 Robert Waters, age 87 years of Raritan Township, died Monday, January 17, 2011 in the Hunterdon Care Center, Raritan Township, NJ. Born in Syracuse, NY on January 2, 1924, son of the late Louis and Mildred Bausch Waters. He had formerly resided in Linwood, NJ, Abescon, NJ, Northfield, NJ and Hightstown, NJ before moving to Flemington, NJ in 2009. He was a graduate of Princeton University and formerly owned and operated Home Handyman Center, Pleasantville, NJ. A United States Army veteran of World War II, he was a former member of Northfield Board of Education and tutored in the Atlantic County School Systems. An avid traveler, he is survived by his wife, Suzanne Somers Waters; two daughters, Suzanne and husband, Charles Rebick of Clinton Township, NJ and Christine Waters and husband, Michael Miller of Manlius, NY; a son, Rob Waters and wife, Eileen Heyez of Raleigh, NC; one brother, George Waters of Rome, NY; one sister, Elizabeth McNish of Plainfield, NJ and seven grandchildren, Sarah Rebick, Joshua Rebick, Hannah Miller, Tovah Miller, Eli Miller, Jeremy Waters and Christopher Waters. Funeral arrangements will be private under direction of the Holcombe-Fisher Funeral Home, 147 Main Street, Flemington, NJ.
