McRAE, Robert Alexander - At the North Bay General Hospital on Wednesday July 7, 2004. Robert Alexander McRae beloved husband of 48 years to Helen. Dearly loved father of Timothy, Annette Adams (Kevin), Amy Luongo (Nick) and Christopher. Lovingly remembered by 6 grandchildren: Amelia, Nicole, Nathan, Michael, Thomas and Kyle. Dear brother of Dorothy MacLeod (Edward). Brother in Law of Lawrence Lair (Ruby) Evelyn Zavitz (Harold) and Joyce Miller (David). Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Helen Wahler. Mr. McRae was a veteran of WWII serving with the U.S. Navy in Guam on the U.S.S. Kittyhawk and was also a member of the United Iron Workers of America for 30 years. Resting at the funeral chapel of Hetherington & Deans 5176 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls for service in the chapel on Monday July 12, 2004 at 2 p.m. Cremation will follow. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 Sunday.
