EPSOM - Rita D. (Grandmont) Lafleur, 82, of Suncook Valley Highway, died Nov. 16, 2011 at Concord Hospital from kidney disease. Born in Manchester Oct. 17, 1929, Rita was the daughter of Elie and Armandine (Levesque) Grandmont. She was a graduate of Concord High School. Rita worked for Raytheon, NE Erectors, Artcraft, and Countryside Village. She loved gardening and caring for the grounds around her home. Rita also enjoyed bingo, playing cards, spending winters at her home in Fort Meade, Fla., and all of her close friends, including her fellow Red Hatters. Rita was the beloved wife of Paul Lafleur, who died in 1996. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Paulette and Leon Scarlett of Epsom; two granddaughters, Lori Davis of Epsom and Lisa Santos of Concord; four great-grandchildren, Brandon Santos and Derek, Darren and Lauren Davis; and several nieces and nephews. . SERVICES: Calling hours are Friday, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Petit Funeral Home, 167 Main St., Pembroke. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church in Hooksett. Burial will take place on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Holy Rosary Cemetery.
