Rebecca Hudson Johnson, 75, died June 26, 2010, in Baltimore, Md. She was born in Sumpter, S.C. and lived in Fort Pierce. She was a member of Assembly of God Faith Temple, Fort Pierce, where she was appointed and served as the church mother. Survivors include her sons, David Hudson of Silver Spring, Md., Johnnie Johnson of Hartford, Conn., Quinton Johnson of Fort Pierce, Benton Tyrone Johnson of Syracuse, N.Y.; daughters, Gwendolyn Johnson Jennings and Brenda Johnson Rancy, both of Fort Pierce, Stephanie Johnson-Rolle of Randallstown, Md.; brothers, Willie Hudson of Belleville, Ill., Nathaniel Hudson Rockledge; 14 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Clara Johnson; brothers, Richard "Sid" and Isaiah; sisters, Ruth, Rosa, Lillie Belle; a grandson, Terrence "Pop" Johnson. Services: Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. July 9 at Stone Brothers Funeral Home. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. July 10 at St. Matthews Baptist Church, Fort Pierce.
