LABROSSE, Philippe,CFP, CLU, CH.F.C.Passed away suddenly but peacefully on October 8, 2013, in his 87th year. Phil was born on October 28, 1926, in Montréal. He was predeceased by his loving wife Shirley (née Mason) in 2007, and by his treasured younger brother Georges in 2010 and nephew Jean in 2013. Beloved father of Elizabeth McKay and Diane Labrosse (Lorenzo DiTommaso), loving Gaga to Taylor McKay. He will be fondly remembered by his older brother Fernand (Rita Brunelle), his sister-in- law Jeannie Cullen (Zeb), his niece Françoise Decoste (Claude), and his other nieces, nephews, and relatives across Canada. We mourn the passing of a devoted father and proud grandfather, and a kind and dignified gentleman. Phil was an insurance broker associated for many decades with the Great- West Life Assurance Company. In accordance with his wishes, a private family service will take place at a later date.
