Services for Pearl Johnson 93 will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at George A. Smith and Sons South Chapel. Burlal will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens in Jackson. Johnson a retired spinner at Bemis Cotton Mill died Thursday at Maplewood Health Care Center in Jackson of heart failure. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Sidney Johnson and two sons Albert F. Johnson and Gerald W. Johnson. She is survived by two daughters Peggy J. Brown of Jackson and Marge C. Simmons of Barton MS; two sons Bobby E. Johnson of Jackson and Hugh M. Johnson of Flint Mich.; and a sister Ruby Watson of Jackson. For more information call the funeral home at 427-5555.
