JACOBS _ Patricia Nadine (Pat). Died suddenly in an accident on October 29, 2005 at her summer home in Bayview, Idaho. Born in Yakima, Washington on March 9, 1934. She attended the University of Washington and graduated from College of Marin as a Registered Nurse. Pat is survived by her husband Clyde, her three daughters Marian, Joyce, and Christie, sons-in-law Earl, Bob, and Glenn, and seven grandchildren, Jenny, Carly, Vicki, Scott, Kelly, Cameron, and Ian. Pat was a constant companion to Clyde during 52 years of marriage, and a wonderful mother. Her incredible spirit of optimism and joy in the process of life was an inspiration to her three daughters and those lucky enough to know her. Pat worked as an R.N. at several hospitals including VGH and she was active in developing commercial real estate. Pat was a very active person; she enjoyed life and everything it brought. She loved to play golf, ski, travel, and read. She will best be remembered as a very special person whose spirit touched the lives of many people. No one will ever forget Pat's laugh. A celebration of Pat's life will be held at 3pm on November 21st at the West Vancouver Yacht Club at Eagle Harbour. In lieu of flowers, gifts may be given in Pat's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society (Breast Cancer Research) 565 W 10th Ave., Vancouver, BC V5Z 4J4.
