ANNISTON - Graveside service for Michael "Mike" Williams, 48, of Anniston, will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Andy Kalowski officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends tonight from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Williams died Tuesday at his residence. Survivors include one son, Eric Williams of Anniston; mother, Cynthia Hall of Anniston; father, Marshall Williams and wife Shirley of Sylacauga; three sisters, Yvonne Tucker of Oxford, Beverly Bearden and husband Leon of Anniston and Denise Landmon and husband Mike of Trussville; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his stepfather, Thomas Hall. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Mr. Williams was a native and lifelong resident of Calhoun County. He attended Wellborn High School. Mr. Williams was a former member of the Army National Guard (U.T.E.S.). He was a former employee of Jenkins Mfg. in Anniston.
