Michael S. Halloran, 65, of Ft. Myers, Fla., formerly of Plymouth and Hanover, passed away May 5, 2014. The son of the late Francis and Barbara (Merritt) Halloran, he was born in Boston, March 10, 1949. He was a 1967 graduate of Hanover High School and had moved to Plymouth in 1976. Michael served in the National Guard for 6 years. He retired from Teamsters Local 653, where he served on the executive board. He was so proud of his family, being a Teamster and his long union history. Mike was always the life of the party. He loved being with family and friends, rooting for both grandsons in their baseball games, exchanging old stories with his breakfast clubs. He was known for his facts on everything and would do anything to help anyone. He loved his recently purchased home in Ft. Myers, Fla., the Red Sox, the ocean, swimming and boats. He was the loving father of Colleen Kulikoski and her husband Mark of Haverhill and Michael Francis Halloran of Plymouth. Cherished Papa of Nicholas Michael Halloran of Haverhill and Michael Gregory Halloran of Plymouth. Loving brother of Elizabeth Holt and her husband Robert of Hanson, Judith Oliver and her husband Tom of Clayton Georgia and the late Francis Jimmy Halloran III and Mark Halloran. Loving uncle of Patrick Halloran of Quincy, Kamran Jan of Rotunda, Fla. Nicole Aykroyd and Clayton and Samantha Holt all of Hanson. Loving partner of Christine Kemp, former husband of Barbara (Adams) Poole and Michael is survived by many more relatives and friends. Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St., Rte. 53, in Hanover, Sunday from 2-6 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Sacred Heart Church, 392 Hanover St., Rte. 139, in Hanover.
