Mary Marjory Keith of Regina, Saskatchewan passed away peacefully at home with her beloved husband, Donald Keith, at her side on April 26, 2013. Mary Marjory was predeceased by her parents Mr. & Mrs. Alexander MacKenzie; her brothers Neil (Laurice) and Donald. Survived by Donald her husband of 53 years, and her four loving daughters Heather; Margaret Keith-Chester; Marichal Binns; and Cydney. Also left to cherish her memory are her three exceptional sons-in-law, David Chester; John Binns; and Jeffrey Brodt; seven treasured grandchildren Gillian, Catherine, and Rowan Keith-Chester; Alexander Binns; and Isabel, Jefferson, and Zoe Brodt; and many nieces and nephews. Born in The Pas, Manitoba in 1934, Mary Marjory spent most of her childhood in Outlook, Saskatchewan where her father was a banker. She enjoyed the Outlook Pool, the South Saskatchewan River and life in a prairie town. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1958 from the University of Saskatchewan, and she worked as an operating room nurse for a number of years. After her marriage to Donald Keith in 1960, she had four daughters and moved into a lovely family home on Angus Crescent in Regina where they spent many hot summers around the family pool with neighbours and friends. She and Donald also hosted annual Christmas parties always inviting a collection of tried and true carollers dubbed "The Lost Souls." Mary Marjory loved opera and was blessed to see countless productions on many stages the world over. She adored travelling and was blessed to visit many sites including Vienna, Milan, Venice, Scotland, Australia, Salzburg, and Hawaii just to name a few. Gardening and golf were also treasured and she spent many summers at Katepwa Village where she indulged both passions with vigour and flair. She also relished playing bridge and enjoyed many games with friends and family. In fact, marrying into the Keith clan ensured countless bridge games in Outlook in the Keith family home. She was predeceased by her brothers-in-law George, Alexander (Roberta), and David (Neva), and sister-in-law Dorothy. She was the beloved sister-in-law of Frances McLean, Maple Ridge; Walter (Ruth), Calgary; Neva (David, predeceased), Saskatoon; Margaret, Outlook; Marion Brack (Gordon), Outlook. At Mary-Marjory's request, her passing will be mourned privately with flowers graciously declined. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
