EMERY, Mary Louise (nee Tuson) Was born on July 5, 1953 in Vancouver, British Columbia. She graduated from this life to meet her Lord on February 27, 2010, after a courageous battle with diabetes. Many were influenced by her caring personality and her love for her family and friends. Marylou finished her nursing degree at St. Paul's in 1974, and shortly after married the love of her life on September 20, 1975. She dedicated her life to caring for others as an emergency nurse at MSA Hospital for over 30 years and was well respected by those she worked with and cared for; however, her greatest joy came from her family. Marylou's life and love have deeply blessed and enriched the lives of those who mourn her: her loving, devoted and caring husband of nearly 35 years, Glen; her children Colin (Carla), Greg (Deanna), and Scott (Laura); and her grandchildren Makaela, Riley and Payton. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Henderson's Funeral Home, 34537 Marshall Road, Abbotsford with a Celebration of Marylou's life to follow on Friday, March 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
