Mary Elizabeth Jones (née Barron) November 05, 1920 - March 10, 2004 It is with great sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother. Mother was predeceased by our father Stanley; and our brother Leslie. Her memory will be forever cherished by her children Jessie Jones (Ron Dixon), Lawrence (Debbie) Jones, Heather (Daniel) Roche, Jennifer Jones, Allan Jones, Phyllis Thomson; her grandchildren Jonathan, Derek, Brian, Randy, Kelly, Tamara, Elizabeth, Rosanna, Michael, Jeffery, Kevin, Leslie and Roger; and her nine great-grandchildren (and Squeek). Mother also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Born in Magnet, MB on November 5, 1920, she was the only child of James and Jessie Baron. Mother worked for many years with Family Services. While in their employ, she touched the lives of many families with her loving care. In keeping with Mary’s wishes, a viewing and reception will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Cremation will follow.
