CARLEY Mary (nee Holton), 89, a resident of Harrington Park since 1949 died January 19, 2012 at Holy Name Hospital, Teaneck. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was a graduate of Erasmus Hall High School and Young's Secretarial School. Mrs. Carley was a family/homemaker and the "unofficial" greeter at Joe & Jim Carley's Wyckoff Ford. Mary was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, Harrington Park Club 60, Harrington Park Woman's Club, and the Harrington Park Historical Society. She was also a former volunteer for Pascack Valley Hospital, Meals on Wheels, and a Cub Scout Den Mother. Mrs. Carley was predeceased by her beloved husband; Joseph E. Carley, Sr., owner of Montclair Bloomfield Ford, her daughter, Patricia M. Carley; and her son, James M. Carley; her brothers, Starling, James and Mason Holton. She is survived by her daughter, Anne C. Waldron and her husband Robert E., her son, Joseph E. Carley Jr., and his wife Cheryl A., and Bridget A. Carley; her grandchildren, Carley Anne Tsaglos and her husband George, Robert J. Waldron and his wife Marianne, Kaitlin P. Bird and her husband Michael, Joseph E. Carley, III, Patrick J. Carley and Shannon M. Carley; her great grandchildren, Mason J. and Marist A. Tsaglos, Charles and Veronica Halton and very loving extended family and friends. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Victories Church, Harrington Park on Tuesday 11 AM. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly. Visiting hours are Sunday 2-6 and Monday 4-8 PM at the Becker Funeral Home, www.becker-funeralhome.com, 219 Kinderkamack Rd., Westwood. Memorial contributions may be made to the Harrington Park Club 60 or the Harrington Park Volunteer Ambulance Corps. in her memory, Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
