Passed away peacefully on May 22, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Comox. She was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on August 29, 1922 to Rose and John Tooth. After living 80 years in Winnipeg she moved to Comox in 2002 where she jumped into her new life with both feet. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 2000 and brothers Philip, Sidney and Ken. She leaves behind her daughter Diane, brothers Clifford of Toronto and Ernie of Winnipeg, a large family including many nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Margaret's life will take place on Saturday, May 28, 2011 from 3 – 5pm at D'Esterre Center, Comox. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation, 600-686 W. Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1G1.
