HAWES, Louise Lucretia (Sharpe). At the St. Joseph's Health Care, London on Friday, December 13, 2002, Mrs. Louise Lucretia (Sharpe) Hawes of London in her eighty-eighth year. Beloved wife of Douglas William Hawes. Loving mother of Douglas Hawes and his wife Barbara of St. John's, Newfoundland; Janet Mason and her husband Bob of Exeter and Barrie Hawes of London. Loving grandmother of Andrea and her husband Mateo, Cari, and Katie. Predeceased by her sister Gladys Wilson and her brother Gordon Sharpe. Louise served overseas with the Royal Canadian Medical Corps. from 1941 to 1945 and in Canada after the end of the war until 1946. A Memorial Service will be conducted at Westview Baptist Church, 1000 Wonderland Road, South, London on Saturday, December 21, 2002 at 11 a.m. with Reverend Jim McGee officiating. Cremation with interment of cremated remains in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, London.
