Linda H. Thomas December 3, 1950 - October 28, 2012 Lisbon - Linda H. Thomas of Strnad Road passed away late Sunday evening at Hartford Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Norwich December 3, 1950 the daughter of Henry and Margaret (Dufresne) Henseler. A 1968 graduate of Norwich Free Academy, Linda had beem employed as a secretary and office manager in the medical and legal fields for many years. On May 19, 1973 in St. Joseph's Church Occum she was united in marriage to Michael P. Thomas, Jr. who survives her. Besides her husband Linda is survived by her son Matthew D. Thomas and his wife Katherine of Baltic, two brothers Henry C. Henseler of Lisbon and Robert W. Henseler of Uncasville, three sisters Margaret Hoffman of Norwich, Janet Boyle of Carrollton, VA and Bette Ziemba of Montville, and her mother-in-law Irene Thomas of Occum. She was predeceased by her daughter Jessica E. Thomas. She passed away January 1, 1996. Funeral Service to be held at Godere Funeral Home 21 North 2nd Ave. Taftville Friday at 11:00 A.M. Burial of cremains to follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday 9:00 A.M. until time of service.
