NORMAN Leo Paul Norman, 83, of Jacksonville, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2002 in a local care center. The Gastonia, NC native had retired from the Duval County School Board where he worked in the Maintenance Department. Mr. Norman was a veteran of the US Army, serving during World War II. He was a member of the New Hope Church of the Nazarene, 320 Clark Rd., where funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2002 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Dave Lawson officiating. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Edith Norman; a son, Gary Norman; a brother, Clinton Norman; a granddaughter, Angie Norman; a great-grandson, Austin Cramer; a very special ex-daughter-in-law, Wanda Lou Monroe; an ex-sister-in-law, Peggy Norman; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
