Kenneth "Kenny" Wayne Wilson, 49, of Panama City, died Oct. 24, 2009 at his home. He was born Aug. 8, 1960 in Winter Haven, to Hubbard and Betty Jean Wilson. He served in the United States Army for 19 years and worked for Mayer Electric for 10 years. He was also a member of God's Vineyard Church. His father and a brother Michael Allen Wilson preceded him in death. He is survived by his mother Betty Jean Wilson of Panama City; two brothers: Randy Wilson and wife Vickie and John Wilson, all of Vernon; three sisters: Sandra Reynolds and husband Thomas of Port St. Joe, Theresa Wilson and Tina Wilson, both of Bonifay; three stepbrothers, Terry Abel of Las Vegas, Skip Abel of Bentonville, Ark. and David Gibson of Centertown, Ark. and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Oct. 26 at Gods Vineyard Church with the Rev. John Chance and Rick McMichael officiating. Burial will follow in the Vernon City Cemetery with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, directing.
