NOLAN, Kenneth Edward - On Sunday, January 27th 2008 at the Belleville General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family and dear friend, Ken was peacefully taken from this world. Although he battled illness during the last several years, Ken met his adversities with strength and courage. His heart was filled with love and concern for his family and friends. He refused to let anger and self-pity become a part of his life. Ken was indeed a family man. During the last days of his life, he found great comfort reminiscing about vacations he enjoyed with his family and about special occasions spent with family and friends. He faced death as bravely as he fought to over come numerous health issues. Ken will be deeply missed and forever loved by his wife and best friend Connie, son Brian and his wife Shelley, son David, cherished grandchildren Nicholas and Courtney, sister in law Lynda and her husband Keith, Ken's long time friend, and treasured friends Bonnie, Bobbe, Barb, and his faithful companion Taco.
